Unless there would be an alternative way I haven’t found, that would be great if the check_config addon (against the latest version available, not installed yet) could output its results in e.g. a persistent notification.
I often had the issue of having to wait quite a long time (20 min.) for the results, and if I don’t refresh the log timely and the addon stops, I have to restart the process all over again (am I the only one experiencing it?)
Next step would be to automate the call to the service when the updater
binary sensor turns on: not only would I be notified of the new version, but I would see the check results automatically.
