Client exceeded max pending messages - slow unresponsive HomeAssistant Instace on Synology Docker

My HomeAssistant on Docker Synology .109 has become unresponsive and I don’t know why the max pending messages is happening.

I had my internet go out on me a couple times in the last two days and thats the only thing I can think of whats happened that could be related.

discovery:
Problem seems to occur when homeassistant is open on different machines. (Using chrome on 2 windows devices & 1 on Mac) closing the tab on browser from one of the machines seem to stop the endless generation of max pending messages.

any ideas why this happens?
