Climate acting weird. Mill

I have a Mill heating oven that randomly turns on and then off after a short time. I can’t see any reason why it’s happening, it’s been working for two years without problems.

Every orange line is each time it’s on even though the temperature is higher than it’s set at.

Any chance the temperature probe is going bad or you have a bad relay in the heater? Are you measuring the temperature from the mill heater?

I can see the state of the heater, I’m just using it as a switch since I’m using an external sensor.

just some thoughts on possibilities.

I assume you are using the generic thermostat then?? Is there a thermostatic control mechanism on the mill heater that could be detecting a lower temperature and kicking on the heater? Is the external sensor possibly sending offline status and this gets defaulted to 0 thus turning on until the external sensor comes back online?

Generic thermostat yes. I have set the thermostat manually to 28C on all of them so that shouldn’t do anything. External sensor updates many times a minute but I use meridian in a minute.

All Mill heaters I have are acting up at the moment, two panel heaters are saying -1 and doesn’t heat at all.

I removed units from Mill app and Home Assistant and added it back. Now everything works.
