"Clone" HA install house -> garage

Hi
I’m starting to build a new house with a garage for myself. How do I get the same wireless connections in the garage that I also use in the house? WiFi is simple, but BT, Zigbee, Z-wave, Matter?
I will install in the house “main” install of HA on the Intel Nuc. But what hardware HA need on the garage?

The distance between the house and the garage is 12m. I have planned a dig under the ground 2xCAT6 cable. Anything else?

Wireless AP. Buy a cheap used Unifi AP off Ebay $25) or buy new

What do you want to do? If using wifi devices all can connect to “main” HA. You could do a second HA for control garage. U you ou can also use one if the hubs.

I want all the same wireless connections that are in the house for home assistant (BT, ZigBee, ?SkyConnect? etc.). Wifi AP is simple, but those ZigBee, BT, etc…
Can I put another Intel Nuc in the garage and install the same Home Assistant in it somehow?
Or what would be the best solution for this?

I’ve been running somewhat similar config for 12+ months. Running in 2 buildings with wired Ethernet, wi-fi, Z-Wave, Zigbee, Bluetooth; planning to add Thread.

Home Assistant is in main house (single instance). Outbuilding is about 50’ away, & is basically a Faraday cage – steel siding & steel roof. I’ve got everything covered except Zigbee:

-Wired Ethernet - buried Cat6 (rated for underground use), w Ethernet surge suppressor at each end (in case of close-by lightning).

-Wi-fi - Multiple Ubiquiti access points, including one inside the outbuilding. (And one special one with special antenna on outside of building, to cover wide area of yard.)

-Z-Wave - Wish I hadn’t installed any, but did. So I have Aeotec Z-Wave Range Extender at each building, w outbuilding unit facing thru a window towards unit at main buiding…

-Bluetooth - No problem whatsoever, with ESPHome Bluetooth Proxy. I’ve got those all over. I especially like the GL-S10 units (which are POE powered). But also using M5Stack AtomU units - flash them with ESPHome Bluetooth Proxy code, plug them into a slim-line wall-hugging USB power adapter (USB-A plug; no cord needed), & put them in wall outlets around the place.

-Thread - No devices yet, but getting ready. Already have 2 devices in main building capable of being Thread Border Router; will need another in outbuilding. Thus hopefully won’t have a need for something like SkyConnect.

Still haven’t figured out how to provide Zigbee connectivity in the outbuilding. Would really like to do so. My son keeps encouraging use of ZigbeeToMQTT. But so far I’ve been resisting the additional complexity, Wishing for some sort of Zigbee-to-Ethernet magic box.
