I start a subscription yesterday on our cloud service but it will not connect. After login via HA to the cloud, I get the message “Finishing account setup.” and on the next line “Disconnected”.
What I did:
There are just a few tips about this out there. Some says logout, restart, login, … what I did but without success.
Then they talk about an older version, my installation is up to date.
One was asking someone other something like “did you use Paypal” but he get no answer. I did! Is this necessary?
