Cloud Disconnected, "Finishing account setup."

Hi!

I start a subscription yesterday on our cloud service but it will not connect. After login via HA to the cloud, I get the message “Finishing account setup.” and on the next line “Disconnected”.

What I did:

  • There are just a few tips about this out there. Some says logout, restart, login, … what I did but without success.
  • Then they talk about an older version, my installation is up to date.
  • One was asking someone other something like “did you use Paypal” but he get no answer. I did! Is this necessary?

What’s next? What can I do to get me connected?

i want to push because pay something what does not work makes not really happy. i wrote a mail to the support too, but also no answer yet… :thinking:

Yes, I opened a ticket on saturday or sunday

Still no function. I removed my accound. The 5 Euro are tip :slight_smile:

This does not build much confidence for the HA Cloud :frowning:
