Cloud Service Disconnected

I have been using the cloud service for a few months and been great but all of a sudden HA is now saying Disconnected and it says the the next payment will be taken on the 2nd April but if I log on the the Nabu site, it says next payment is 2nd May and the account is all payed up, any thoughts ?

I have raised a support ticket on Nabu but can’t see a way of tracking the progress.
