Cloud9 log alert

I have Cloud9 working, though there’s the below [alert] in the log. I went to the OpenResty site, however, my hass.io is running from a VDI, so none of the installers will work. Suggestions?

All the community addons have that error. Just ignore it. This has been the case for a long time.
