Cloudflare Remote Access Setup Question

I currently access my home assistant remotely using nginx reverse proxy w. duckdns/lets encrypt. It works perfectly.

However, it seems most people seem to suggest that Cloudflare tunnel is more secure. 1st question, is it more secure? Is it worth switching or does “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” apply here?

Second, for anyone that has switched. Can I leave my current setup nginx “active” until I have tested and am certain that Cloudflare tunnel is working? In other words, can I run them both for a week or so while testing?

As always thanks in advance.
