Cloudflare tunneling - Local HTTPS?

Hey!
I am too new at this, and have tried searching the world wide web of home assistant community, but i really can’t understand or get to a solution…

I have an domain running throught cloudflare tunnel, i use the “Cloudflared” add-on in home assistant, everything works great!
Except… I can only access home assistant locally using http, and that’s becouse of this line in my config.yaml ;

http:
  use_x_forwarded_for: true
  trusted_proxies:
    - 172.30.33.0/24
    - 192.168.0.194 (my home assistant local adress)

If i remove 192.168… i can’t access HA locally at all.
I have read all about setting up local DNS, Letsencrypt etc etc, but i would like someone to explain more simple - what do i need to do, in my situation?
Should i don’t bother, since it’s not https over LAN?
What are my options?

Thanks so much for taking you´r time reading this, and hopefully, get me somewhere near a solution.

Thanks!

Hopefully you’ve saved me from pulling my hair out. Seem like every evening around 6 I lose the connection to HA because I use cloudflare and there seems to an Argo error that lasts anything from 1 to 2 hours Hoping that adding my local IP to the config as a proxy will resolve this. Don’t care about my local IP not https. Fingers crossed
