Cloudflared Addon - Cannot remove additional hosts

When I try and remove my additional host from the Cloudflared addon, I get,

Failed to save add-on configuration, Invalid dict for option ‘additional_hosts’ in Cloudflared (9074a9fa_cloudflared). Got {‘external_hostname’: ‘subdomain.myhost.com’, ‘additional_hosts’: [None], ‘tunnel_name’: ‘mytunnel’}

I removed the subdomain entry in Cloudflared to see if that would help

Ok, so I clicked on the 3 dots, reset to default and re-entered the details that I wanted and all was well
