COB led strips with zigbee?

Hi all
I want to add 4 led strips RGB, each should be individual of about 5 meters as accent light in the bedroom.
I’ve already figured out I need COB as they are more economical.
I’d like the lamps to be indivually addressable (well, I would like to make some effects with the strips).

How do I decide the voltage?
What driver should I choose? the cob ledstrips on AliExpress have 3 wires: Gnd, 24V and DI (?) while drivers on Amazon seem to have one point for each color?
can someone point me to good brands of drivers?

I’m not aware of any zigbee led controller which does individually addressable LEDs.

You currently have 2 options:

  • Use regular (non-addressable) COB led strips with any zigbee controller rated for their voltage.
  • Use addressable COB led strips over Wifi with something like a quinled board (this one handles 4 strips and a wide range of voltages) and the WLED integration.
