No there is no card to do that (at this time).
It would be a nice feature to implement

There is also this very nice collapsible custom card: https://github.com/Alia5/lovelace-expander-card
That one has some big issues and doesn’t look like it’s being maintained.
It would be handy to to collapse especially for mobile where you have a lot of information that you want to quickly get an overview of without having to scroll much, and then drilling or opening up the card.
In my somewhat custom environment I use more of pullright which hides other card-like data, but I never figured out how to do this with lovelace. If I were to fully implement in lovelace it would be a lot of scrolling and clicking around I think…
