I am trying out the sections for a dashboard of my 3D printer. This works quite well except for a lot of empty space where I have a short section. Is there a way to move/combine the section on bottom left with the short section on top right?
I could just add the entities to the topright section, but I would like to keep the section heading and I don’t see a way to do that.
Try the new sections view on the dashboad, you can define vertical columns and their contents easily.
This is in the new sections view, but when I added the entities from the device page it created a new section. I like the section with the controls, but there is a lot of empty space on the right side below the “Verlichting” section.
As mentioned I could move the entities, but I would lose (as far as I can tell) a way to add a title to separate the “Verlichting” part of the section/column from the “PrusaMINI” part.
Try making the whole right side column a vertical stack. There is a separate title card you can add between those two tiles.
I could not find a title card.
But when playing around with the vertical stack I found I could just add the stackcard and use it as a “title card” by not adding any other things to it. The text format does not exactly match the section title as it is slightly bigger. But close enough for now I think. Thanks for the responses!
