Combine Philips TV ambilight with Hue

Is it possible to combine the Philips TV ambilight with the Philips HUE lights with Home assistant?
In the Apple AppStore you will find many Apps who can do it, for example:
Ambilight+hue

Yeah, I would also love to have a solution to do this on a serverside (Home Assistant) instead with a app.
MAybe something like a “Ambilight” Scene, that you can turn on in HA.
