It recognizes the valve but only two entities appear, you can’t do anything with it.

I do have the same problem here. I only see 3 entities but am unable to adjust the temperature.
Just installed my Comet Zero Matter and had the same problem (only 3 entities configured). I removed the device from my HA and after resetting, starting the adaptation process and then coupling with my HA again, it now correctly shows all 5 entities.
Sadly there is no support for battery state sensor for now (Matter Eurotronics Comet Zero missing LocalTemperatureCalibration number entity · Issue #161667 · home-assistant/core · GitHub).
