i had to pull the raspberry power supply without a proper shutdown. now, the front end refuses to load. i can ping it. i can even log into via SSH using putty.
is there a command i can run to force the front end up and running?
this is all i see now in Putty:
core-ssh:~#
error log shows :
OSError: [Errno 113] Host is unreachable
i tried all of these commands to start the web gui but got errors every time:
core-ssh:~# hassio homeassistant start
ERROR
core-ssh:~# hassio homeassistant restart
ERROR
core-ssh:~# hassio homeassistant stop
ERROR
seems a lot of people have this issue and no solution in sight. lol.
not sure if it’s also a coincidence that i installed Duck DNS but did not configure it further.
guess i will do a clean IMG file again 
I wonder if this is the issue I’m seeing.
Every so often (on the order of 4-5 months) my front end becomes unreachable, though my samba share is still available.
Fortunately that makes it easy (if not a little irritating) to do a fresh install and reconfigure quickly.
I’m planning on creating my own post on this where I can keep a log of how often it happens.
