Hello. I have a little problem with my wife’s phone (android 12 - realme gt). When the application is running in the background, I am not able to adjust the device volume (‘command_volume_level’).
Only works when the app is open in the foreground.
Interestingly, I am able to run other settings, for example, ‘command_dnd’ or ‘command_ringer_mode’
For other android 10 phone, it works fine.
Any suggestions?
Make sure the app has background permissions and that you follow the critical notification format to speed up the delivery of the notification

Background operation is allowed for the application. I also used critical notification.
The effect is still the same. Does not change the volume. Ringing modes or dnd changes correctly.
