Hi guys i went ahead and bought the mg5050 with ip150 and integrated it with my HA server.
It works great to arm/disarm at the moment.
Is it possible to trigger the siren/strobe adhoc from the server?
Also, can i extend the alarm by using my philips motion sensor as an additional trigger to the alarm system via HA Automation?
Unfortunately not. I did not figure that out.
can we capture states or send message via mqtt ?

Change state of what? Motion detection in HA? Yes possible. But this does not back propagate to the alarm panel.
The IP150 module has an integrated relay output, don’t you know how to control it via home assistant?
