any idea why auto scan won’t find anything for me if i add manually finds instantly and i’m good but no matter how many times i try to reinstall never works

Here is an idea, which you posted yourself when copying over the log:
Be sure to check the log above, line by line, for hints.
Bonus tip: lines explaining what went wrong start with ‘FATAL’.
This is the problem. It looks like you probably have SSL enabled, but do not have certificates.
If you intended to use SSL, you don’t have it set up right, or you do not have the “certfile” or “keyfile” parameters set right in the add-on config.
If you are not using SSL, make sure you have it disabled in the add-on config, the line for that should look like this; make sure it’s set to false to disable SSL.

Hello,
I have problem with opening TasmoAdmin via ifpanel from outside my local network. It shows that connection is refused.
I am connecting through DuckDNS with SSL enabled. Is it possible to configure TasmoAdmin so I can log into panel from outside network or it works only in local network?
I have my iframe pointing to my duckdns address and it works inside and outside. What is your iFrame setup? You have to choose between http and https and it needs to match how you access home assistant itself as well.
It seems that port in http: section was a culprit. After removing “:8123” from base_url, TasmoAdmin iFrame started to work. At least on my mobile phone (dissconected from wifi). Tomorrow I will test from my office.

any chance of getting this for non-hassio installs? 
Just use one of the other install methods for TasmoAdmin. This add-on is a wrapper for easy installation on Hass.io only.

I cannot start the add-on on hassio 0.89. The add-on is installed, but it does not start and there is no log reported. I am not using ssl, therefore this is my configuration:
