Community Question: Can create new account and get email, password recovery doesn't work

For the home-assistant community forum, I can use my username to request password (username = eeze) . but none of the 3 email addresses that I use seems to be found. When I request via the username, the email doesn’t arrive

However, I can register as a new user and get that registration email.

Where to request help?

Can anyone help me? My previous account is locked and despite knowng the password and recovery email, it’s locked
