I’m a total beginner; and, want to build my first ESPHome Node running off of battery power. I’m looking for a dummy-proof battery bank I can just plug into the mini-USB plug
…something that won’t shut down when the wifi module is in sleep mode.
There are esp devices that have 18650 support. They will run off an 18650 and charge when the system is plugged into a usb power supply.
Not quite what you asked for I know.
