I‘ve added an entry and delete one under Settings → Companian-App → Configuration.
But it doesn’t update on the watch.
I tried to reboot the iPhone and the Apple Watch. I also changed the complication in the Apple Watch App of the iPhone.
Can somebody please help?

We have the same problem.
You can’t change the order anymore.
The assist does also stays " on" in the watch.
tested on iPhone 16 and 14, Apple Watch 9, 10 and ultra…
The watch order in the companion app is different than on the watch itself. It always stays the same. Even if you disable them in the companion app
Same issue for me. Just spent hours to migrate my legacy ios actions to the new configuration, but it is still showing some old cached version of the ios actions.

I talked to support on Discord. I sent the logs to them. However, deleting the app from the watch and reinstalling it seems to have fixed the issue (at least temporarily).
This fixed it for me to, thanks for this answer. The issue was driving me nuts.
