Running the Sept 2024 version of the companion app and over the past couple of days noticed that it is freezing. Try opening it and nothing happens. Just frozen
A lot happened after Hurricane Helene.
I’ve uninstalled it multiple times and no success.

I don’t know the options of the app in IOS but on Android it’s possible to clear the storage & cache.
Also, there is a troubleshooting option in the app to display the log, which might be useful to post so you can get helped.
