Compile error since lattest HA update

Since the latest HA-Update I get “sh: 1: xtensa-lx106-elf-g++: Permission denied” errors, when I try to compile ESPHome.

HA-Core: core-2022.2.7
HA-Supervisor: supervisor-2022.01.1
ESPHome: 2022.1.4

Solved with update 2022.2.0 of ESPHome.
