Config error after upgrade 2022.7 to 2023.7

I’ve just upgraded HA from 2022 to 2023.7, a couple of warnings , like the need to upgrade python from 10 to 11, and
this error,

Component error: cloud - Exception importing homeassistant.components.cloud
Component error: mobile_app - Exception importing homeassistant.components.mobile_app

Can someone enlighten me what I need to do, the mobile apps seem to be working OK, and I dont think I’m using a cloud

I’m going from memory here, but I don’t think you need cloud: or mobile_app: lines in your configuration.yaml file anymore. You can set up those integrations in the GUI now.

I’ve deleted them and the mobile app still works, there was a sorta hint in the docs, with the presence or not of “default config:”, but very vague
