I have been getting this error when running config check for a while now. I am not a linux guru by any stretch and I do not understand why a supported/healty install should present this issue. If I am following correctly, I would need to downgrade urllib to downgrade chardet.
Below is the error message:
[09:56:56] INFO: Please be patient, this might take a few minutes...
ERROR: After October 2020 you may experience errors when installing or updating packages. This is because pip will change the way that it resolves dependency conflicts.
We recommend you use --use-feature=2020-resolver to test your packages with the new resolver before it becomes the default.
aiohttp 3.7.3 requires chardet<4.0,>=2.0, but you'll have chardet 4.0.0 which is incompatible.

I also had this exact error. I’ve rebooted a number of times and it’s finally gone away. This situation seems very common as I’ve seen the same effect with other things when doing config checks before upgrades in the recent past. Many hours spent fixing config issues in the past has mean that I still don’t trust the upgrades to be smooth, although they are certainly better than they used to be in the good old days! A clean config check is an absolute “must” for me.
I’m running Home Assistant OS 5.10 on a Raspberry Pi 4 so I’m always surprised that these things show up at all. Anyway - perhaps that’s the way it’s meant to be? reboot and try again!
I’m by far not an expert and I’m having some times the same issues (raspi4 and home assistant in a docker). I noticed that if I get those errors running the Home Assistant configuration check (through the addon), they partly disappear after having performed an update of the hosting os and the remaining errors don’t produce any issue after upgrading Home assistant. That’s exactly what I did today on three different Home Assistant running machines.
I ran the update to the latest version… Error has now changed, but it seems that I always have one in the configuration check.

This is one problem that just keeps on giving. This morning I saw a new update to Core 2021.2.2 was available, ran the config check plugin and I got those messages about idna versions like @mattlward reports. Immediately that after I saw there was now a new Supervisor available. So updated Supervisor, rebooted, and now I’m getting this (again!):
