Short answer: No, see: 7" Raspberry PI touch screen
Long answer: Theoretically yes, but you would need to write a custom program that’ll run on your RPi and grabs information from HASS.io. You’ll need something like components that feed the values back into localhost:4000 (for instance) and then your program listens on port 4000, captures the data and displays it. It’s possible, but not so easy.
If you want to use a screen, hassbian is a better choice…
You can do this and run HADashboard on Appdameon or even the latest Tileboard but you will be limited to 6 widgets/tiles so depends what you want to see
