Configure Remote Access, Browser vs Android HA App

So I’m Caretaker, Building has 105 Flats.
We using HA for Access control, works great.

I’ve made a dash with gate cameras and buttons or tenants to use to gain access, works great.
Sharing link to everyone,
using Browser MOD to remove top menu and side menu, and also to set their default dash to the limited one I created.

When a tenant logs in via the browser, they only see and use the Dash I choose, GREAT.
but
When that same person access the link via the ANDROID APP Home Assistant,
They see the overview Dash, minus the top and side menu.
(and I do not want them to have access to solar, pool pumps flood lights etc.)

Browser Mod works great, but it seams the default dash settings does not also take effect when a Person access the Home VIA ANDROID APP.

and there is no way I can prevent them from installing the Home Assistant App.
So I need a workaround. PLEASE

My one change wishlist.
All my headaches would go away if there was on simple setting.

I need the Overview dash to NOT BE VISIBLE OR ACCESSIBLE to any person who is NOT an ADMIN…

It works great for every dash I create, the dash for everyone in my building, and the Admin dash’s only visible to admins.

but everyone can see overview dash, and I really need that to be invisible except to admins.

PLEASE HELP,PLEASE

You can already do this.

Put all the admin things into a 2nd dashboard (not the first that everyone will default to using when they use the app for the first time). Then use kiosk-mode (HACS) to hide the side menu etc so non-admin users cannot move away from the 1st dashboard.

This is what I do and it works very well for me.

You can also show/hide things based on specific user, whether it is a mobile device or not etc etc - it’s really flexible and useful.

Some unsolicited advice…

HA is hobbyist home software. If you are using it in any form of commercial setting, ensure you have both redundancy and reliability (UPS, standby/backup hardware etc) as your clients may not be tolerant of losing access for any reason for any amount of time.

Of course, the backup could also be a key

…I don’t want to come across patronising or condescending by the above so hope you’re not offended (you may well know more about this than I).
