Configure toggle switch for switch (not only light)

I finally upgraded to the newer version of HA and renamed al my RFXcom devices. One issue remains; how do I now get rid of the flash-icons and change them to a toggle switch? The other entities already have this (Hue lights). ‘Lampjes bank’ are switch on/off by a Kaku wall socket.

Any clue? I didn’t found a solution yet.

Can you share the yaml you used to define that switch?

@Marcel030nl did you ever solved the issue in converting the flashing icons to a toggle switch?

I everyone, I finally solved the issue.

I have started to migrate my old RFXcom integation to the new RFXcom integration supported with GUI, but as all of my switches are added … as switches … they get the above metioned flash-icone and not the expected/wanted toggle.

I have to be honest; in some cases I replaced the RFXCOM switch with a HUE light :slight_smile:
