Confused by hass notification

Notification received:

HomeKit Pairing

To set up HASS Bridge:21064 in the Home App, scan the QR code or enter the following code:

Enter it ‘where’ please? Scanning the QR just led to an advert.

I have the exact same thing. I recently installed my Mysa thermostat. The installation went well but there is a similar notification that reads:

HomeKit Pairing
To set up HASS Bridge:21064 in the Home App, scan the QR code or enter the following code: [pairing code].

It doesn’t seem to affect the functioning of the thermostat. Can I safely dismiss this or is there something I should do a? Did you ever figure it out Dave?

Apparently you installed the homekit application on HA.:

In order to use Home on IOS, open the home application on you Iphone/pad and hit ‘add accessory, and scan the code from there:


and under ‘more options’ you’ll find an option to manually enter the 8 digit code:
