Confusion in android devices

Hi there,
somehow HA is confusing our mobile android devices. My wife and I have got the same modell mobile phone. But hers doesn’t show up in notifications. I can send notification to my phone without any problems.
Second flaw is device tracking of her phone wich always shows unknown. Even though her battery status is correct.
Third flaw is, that my phone has got two identical integrations. All entities are shown twice.

It could very well be that I messed it all up during installation. What can I do to clean up the installation and get it all straight.

most likely using an incorrect service call, check Developer Tools > Actions for the actual service call

Thank you for your help. This did the trick. Especially the sensor settings in my wife’s phone were not correct. Localisation wasn’t enabled at all.

It’s always the same: As soon as you do it right, it suddenly works.
