I bought a Snunmu (link below) wich came pre configured.
Did connect it with a UTP kabel, and it works. however, this device should have wifi.
If i go to the network settings, i see no wifi settings. What to do now?
Do I understand that you wish to run Home Assistant on Windows 10? People will need a bit more information about how you are doing it, but there are several threads on the subject.

No, the mini pc has HA OS on it, so there is not windows OS present.
But the thing isl; it seems to only work with LAN. I see no WIFI option.
Sorry. I’m afraid I don’t know anything about HA on a PC, but as far as I’m aware HA has no enable wi-fi setting. With other hardware (Raspberry Pi in my case) you would do it on the host machine.
I have found some docs which suggest that wi-fi may not be supported in a PC:
As a matter of interest, who supplied the preconfigured machine? I haven’t come across it before.
