Connect Smarthings Button V1 with third party Hub like from Texas Instruments coordinator Sample Light CC1352p

I am having trouble with connecting button V1 with my launchpad from Texas Instruments CC1352P with zigbee 3.0 coordinator sample light example with on-off clustor.

I can see using install code Button able to connect with coordinator but not sending reply to IDENTIFY query for initiating binding.

Does anybody can share info about what clustors and how button on off is communicating on?
