I’ve rooted my Toon V1, runs fw v5. How krijg you het gekoppeld aan HomeAssistant zonder Eneco API?
Give it a static IP,
Install toon-climate from HACS and configure it with the previously given IP address 
PS: I’m not using it anymore as I moved to another house
