Connecting nabu casa to google home

Hi,

I am trying to set up google home using nabu casa again after I had to reset my raspberry pi.
Everything seems fine until the moment I try to add the nabu casa Home Assistant Smart Home skill in google home using my phone. I get to the login page, then the “allow access” page but after this I get a load screen followed by “unable to connect to nabu casa, please try again”. What could be the problem?

I also added cloud: to my configuration.yaml file

A small update, I tried setting up everything manually using duckdns and the documentation on the website (creating project etc), but this also gives me the same error when trying to connect through the google home app on my phone
