Anyone here tried this kind on wiegand reader? im triying to connect it to esphome but it does not respond to LOGS when im pressing the keys… my config is D0 to GPIO4 and D1 to GPIO5 also GND to GND on both nodemcu and wiegand reader… hope someone here can help me…
What kind is that exactly? You only provided a picture of it and no product information.
What kind of NodeMCU? There is an esp8266 NodeMCU and a esp32 NodeMCU, just like both esp8266 and esp32 both have a D1 Mini model.
You need to include actual details and specific details. I cant even verify if that keypad/tag reader is Wiegand26/34 Output capable or not.
You also didnt include your esphome config to verify its setup or if it should even output anything to the log.
Does your user manual mention Wiegand output? I know when doing mine, it didnt come in Wiegand output by default and i had to manually put the keypad in Wiegand output mode before an esp8266 could communicate with it.
