Connection lost and long time to reconnect

I’ve an iPad with IPadOs 15.3.1 that I’m using as wall-mounted dashboard. It’s connected to the local network via wifi.
When I’m reactivating the iPad, the Companion app, starts with the popup “Connection lost. Reconnecting”, then after few seconds (5/10 secs), starts the “Loading data”, then after few seconds I can get access to the dashboard. This is very annoying.
I’ve tried to switch off the “Automatically close connections” setting, but it didn’t solve the problem.
Is there anything else that I can check to try to understand what’s happening?

Facing the same issue on my brand new debloated Fire HD 10… did you manage to find a fix or workaround for this?
