Connection Refused on Wifi

I’ve successfully installed Hass.io onto a Raspberry Pi 3 and been able to configure via ethernet with no problem.
I’ve also set up a Wi-Fi configuration file and can successfully get my RaspPi on the wireless network using DHCP. Both of these methods allow me to browse to the browser configuration view.

Now I disconnect ethernet and modify the ethernet config file to never-default, and modify the wifi config file to point to a static IP.
After rebooting, the RaspPi is at the correct static IP address, but refuses all connections.
Any ideas?

i think i have a similar problem here (eth0 only) - ran into this twice today, once with raspbian + venv and secondly with hassos.

could you solve this problem, @jag304?
