Constant Ingress Issues

I’m getting ingress warning every 2 seconds, any idea why? I’m on a Home Assistant Blue, fully up to date core/supervisor/host:

I also get occasional Zwave-related Ingress errors:

Does anyone know where I can get real, concerted support on some of these things? I’m using the first party hardware (HA Blue), official add-ons (Zwave JS), and nothing out of the ordinary otherwise, but I am fully beset by issues with this stuff, and the family is getting too impatient for me to keep monkeying with Home Assistant.

Do you actually have an issue, or just wanting to go to the bottom of it?

Yeah, constant flakiness and delays between actions, which does totally bother the fam.

I did manage to make the warnings go mostly away by force quitting the Home Assistant Mac/iOS applications, but the Zwave related error still keeps coming up, and seems to make for a very slow zwave network.
