"Continue", as an alias to "resume"?

“Paused.”
“Okay Nabu, continue.”
“Sorry, I couldn’t understand that.”
Grumble.
“Okay Nabu, RESUME.”
“Done.”

I have no clue how to identify the resume action, and add an alias. Any help welcomed!
