Control a BLE - Bluetooth low energy - relay by means Home Assistant

Hi.
I’d like to control a solid state relay connected to and controlled by Home Assistant installed on Raspberry Pi 4.
The relay must be connected and configured as a BLE (Bluetooth low energy) device.
I’m reading from two days any kind of docs on the web but I’m a bit confused.
I think that I should use two cards like ESP32 the first connected to the Raspberry Pi (that act as Home Assistant server and BLE gateway) and the second to the relay, but I’ve no idea about wich software and hardware configuration is needed to show the relay in Home Assistant so that I can switch it ON or OFF by means web dashboard or iPhone app.
May you help me clarify on how should I procede?
Thansk in advance.

Good morning,
I hope I find similar pointers/guide to control BLE controlled relay/servo using homeassistant. I always wanted to use BLE for my iot not wifi/zigbee etc.
Were you able to find a way to control relay with BLE? if yes any pointers would be appreciated. Most of the guides that I found were only for sensors like trackers receive only mode using BLE.
Cheers
