Control Bluetooth

So we are all aware that we can read bluetooth presence for devices. But can we control those?
I have scanned some of the messages from my normal bluetooth blinds control app. I can replay them sucesfully to the device using Nordic Semiconductors software. Can HASSIO do something like this? Write a hex string to a characteristic over bluetooth?

I’m interested in this as well. I have a few devices that I can locate, connect, and pair using bluetoothctl…however, they do not show up in hassio as “unavailable”. I would love to know how to control those devices in terminal and allow them to be available on the home page.
