Control Shelly in-wall dimmer switch button config?

I have purchased some Shelly in-wall dimmer switches and love the touch dimmer. I would like to be able to turn on the light at a certain percentage when I push the button based on the time of day. When I push the on toggle, it will go to the last set dimmer point. Can I use HA to do this?
