Control WiFi (Yeelight) light bulbs with Ikea Tradfri remote controll

Can I use the Ikea Tradfri remote control to control my Yeelight wi-fi smart bulbs. Basically, can I have a Ikea remote which is not bound to anything and just send the buttons/events to the Ikea bridge which I will then get in Home Assistant?

Also, can I connect a Osram lightify E14 bulb to the Ikea Tradfri gateway ?
