Hello swarm intelligence 
I am rebuilding my bathroom and I want to integrate electrical floor heating again. This time I want a controller which I am able to control through home assistant.
Anyone aware if there is a model which I can integrate? Through Matter maybe? MQTT? I do not want Tuya or Zigbee… But if that is the only way… Jeez at least being able to read the temperature and switch on / off or set the temperature would be great.

Here’s one tested option.
Works locally with Z2M and ZHA.
I have multiple units and they integrate well with HA.
You don’t need the gateway unless a firmware upgrade is required.

I had HA running last year. Started working into appdeamon and controlling my light with shellys via mqtt.
Got one of the first SkyConnect sticks. And jeez I forgot what else since I had to mothball everything. The shellys run on native script right now.
Since I need to buy so much new stuff while fighting the aftermath of a devastating water damage, I just want to be prepared for HA. There will be the day I am done with rebuilding… And I want HA back!
