Is there a way to disable the syntax coloring that’s applied by the “esphome” command?

I’m sure the default colors look great if the background of your terminal program is black. But for those of us that use white or light-colored backgrounds, it can be very difficult to read.

Can the colors be turned off, or changed?

I’m referring to the “esphome” command described here.

It gives colored text, like this simple example:

esphome_colors

If you had said “command line” instead of “command” then I would be less confused.

Can’t help you. I’ve never used the esphome command line.
