Convert FritzBox Speed

Hello,

In my HA I added my FritzBox 7530 with “AVM FRITZ!Box Tool”.

Now I have created a display that shows me the current download and upload. The problem is unity.
kB/s instead of Mbit/s are displayed when downloading
and
kbit/s instead of Mbit/s displayed during upload.

how can I convert this into a Yaml?

Normally you can do this in the settings of the sensor, i.e. in the interface
