Cooktop with wifi

Hi

It looks like my cooktop died so I need a new one. So why not find one that supports WiFi and I could get up in home-assistant. Any suggestions? I live in Norway…

If I were you I would buy any and then put a NodeMCU in it and hook up any buttons to it, so that the NodeMCU can turn it on, off, etc.
Then also hook up the LED indicator to the NodeMCU so it can determine whether it’s on or not.

My personal preference. I’ve done that to all my HVACs and they work great

(Requires soldering and some understanding in electronics, but it’s nice once it works).
