Core 2024 - Restore is removed?

Hello all,
I just upgraded to Core 2024.1.0 and can no longer find the Restore option in the Setting > System > Backups. The ability to upload backup files also is missing - is this a bug?

So if you click on a backup, it’s not visible on the bottom left of the pop-up?

Try clearing your browser cache.
