I updated yesterday to Core 2026.2.2. Immediately after my Matter integration stopped. Restarting continued to shut down. All matter products were unable to function. A series of steps to rectify mostly through restarts and such eventually crashed HA. I restored a backup from prior to the update and all works just fine. So curious if this issue is a result of this update?
I am using OTBR 2.16.3 with a ZBT-1 and Matter Server 8.2.2 and have no issues with 2026.2.2. My Matter setup is fully operational.

thank you. I don’t have the data available for you right now. After installing the core update, my entire matter integration was unavailable. i had to reinstall every item one by one. i had ikea motion sensors (they have their own problems), linkind bulbs and energetic bulbs. they are all now working. I am all restored from my backup. I have decided to not install the core update again and see if the March updates are ok. Thank you and sorry for not having the informaiton available
I have installed HAOS in a Proxmox VM. Prior to important (risky?) updates I just create a new snapshot (takes 1-2 min) and run the update process. If things turn bad, I restore the snapshot and am back where I started.
